The Spa Center offers a wide range of treatments from around the world, and we regularly organize Yoga and Qi Gong classes.
In the area: mountain bike, 4x4, horse riding in the Montagne Noire. Caving, canoeing, mallard hunting and golf. Cruise on the Canal du Midi and air baptism in hot air balloon from the park, glider and other at the flying club revel (800 meters). Discover the region with Toulouse, Albi, Carcassonne, Castres, Mirepoix, Cordes sur Ciel and the Cathar castles.
On site: we can organize for groups: cooking classes at the castle, oenology, Qi Gong, archery, treasure hunts, climbing, initiation golf.
